Data stored in your browser

Your tunings, chord progressions, settings and trainer scores are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. They never leave your device, and you can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Microphone

The tuner asks for microphone access only when you start it. Audio is analysed in real time inside your browser to detect pitch; it is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere.

Some gear links (for example to strings, capos or tuners on Amazon or other retailers) are affiliate links: if you buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer may set its own cookies when you click through; their privacy policies apply on their sites.

Support payments

Donations are handled entirely by Ko-fi; we never see your payment details.

Children

The site is a general-audience music tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
